Leonardo Interactive Pty Ltd – Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (Policy) applies to the purchase of digital goods and services from Leonardo Interactive Pty Ltd (ACN 662 209 485) (we, us or our).
Covered Products
This Policy applies to the following products and services:
- monthly or annual subscriptions granting access to our platform’s exclusive features and higher token allocations;
- direct purchases of tokens from us or one of our third-party partners; and
- direct purchases of other digital goods or services (e.g., wallpapers) from us or via one of our third-party partners.
Refund Eligibility
As a consumer, you will be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:
- Major Faults: If a product or service has a major fault, such as not functioning as described, or being significantly defective.
- Misleading Description: If the product or service is not as described.
- Unfit for Intended Purpose: If the product or service is not suitable for the purpose for which it was described or presented.
- Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues prevent access to the purchased product or service.
- Non-Delivery of Tokens: If tokens purchased are not delivered or credited to your account due to system errors.
- Defective Digital Goods: If purchased digital goods are significantly defective or not as described.
Exclusions:
We retain the right to refuse a refund if:
- you simply changed your mind;
- you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem;
- you requested a service to be carried out against our advice or were unclear about your requirements; or
- a service problem was completely beyond our control.
Please note that this Policy complies with the primary Consumer Guarantees that are most likely to be relevant to you. We offer no protections beyond the minimum requirements under Australian Consumer Law.
We offer remedies in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, to the extent that it applies. The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of consumer guarantees which protect consumers when they buy goods and services. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
